Small hotel with great view of the historical center, staff is very helpful and the room is big. Breakfast is nice with a lot of choice and good quality. I recommend without hesitation !

Oh my goodness! I can’t wait to come back and bring friends/family here. What a gorgeous hotel - everything from the surprise upgrade, to the llamas, to the beautiful views and architecture. It was a wonderful experience!

Palacio Manco Capac was truly exceptional. When my husband unexpectedly needed medical attention, Pilar at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us, even arranging for a doctor to come to the hotel. We are extremely grateful to Pilar and the entire staff for their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. The accommodations were beautiful, the service was excellent, and the restaurant has an amazing view. Every member of the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. We would absolutely recommend Palacio Manco Capac to anyone visiting Cusco.

The rooms were beautiful. The view from the restaurant is the best in the city. The food is delicious and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Definitely highly recommend.

Very elegant, spacious historic property overlooking plaza de Armas. 5 min walking to the center. Delicious breakfast buffet and nice restaurant at the property. Staff is very attentive and professional. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

The stay was incredible. The staff was very welcoming, and spoke English very well. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler. They even packed breakfasts for me on my days with early pickups for excursions. The room was clean and beautiful. The grounds were well maintained. The views were incredible. The food and drinks were delicious. I have nothing bad to say!

Beautiful surroundings and lovely, well-decorated rooms. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The views from the restaurants are stunning. The grounds are very nice and the alpacas are friendly! There is a lot of attention to detail in this boutique hotel. The walk to the main square is about 10 minutes. The walk back to the hotel is about 15 minutes because it’s uphill. I would highly recommend this hotel !

Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Leider wird die Heizung nur nachts angemacht, deshalb war es im Zimmer recht kalt. Service und Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet.

Our room was fabulous and spacious. We were greeted upon arrival every time we returned to the hotel. Breakfast was everything you could ask for and views that only added to the experience. We were able to walk everywhere although it was pretty hilly!!!

Our room was very well maintained. We appreciated Henry's welcome and orientation as well as he helped my wife when she came down with altitude sickness and provided the oxygen tank when she needed it early in the morning. We also liked the complimentary breakfast and our server was very helpful and our extra orders for food was cooked to perfection. Our room was cleaned regularly. The issues we had were that we never received the iron we requested. All other hotels immediately provided an iron for our clothes. Our room was also located across the garden, so if we needed to refill the filtered drinking water, we had to walk across the outdoor garden and past the reception desk and into the next rooms where the water fountain was located. It's fine if it is during the day, but at night it was cold, raining at times and inconvenient. We also did not like the Muna, Cocoa teas and coffee. Which was very surprising since the coffee and Muna tea everywhere we stayed, like Lima and Urubamba and other places in the sacred valley including the small restaurants were excellent. Overall this hotel has great views of Cusco and surrounding Andes. It is on a very steep hill so just be mindful. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at the Palacio. The location is absolutely brilliant with easily the best views of any hotel or Airbnb in Cusco, period. Both the dining room and the breakfast room look out over the entire city and it's truly spectacular. The property itself is of a rustic style which is beautiful and its perfectly maintained and completely clean. Location-wise, it's a ~6-7 min walk from the Plaza del Armas and maybe 2 mins from Saqsaywaman. Overall fantastic stay and I will 100% percent be returning to this hotel and recommending it to everybody going there.

This place is beautiful. The fact it has Inkan history makes it even more interesting. The staff was top notch. Jhon and Jose continually went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I had both lunch and dinner in the restaurant, which has the most stellar view! The breakfast spread is better than the 2 other spots I stayed in Peru. It pretty much had anything I wanted, including fun fruits. This place is set atop a hill above an Observatory with the best views of the city and a great spot to watch the sunset. My absolute favorite part was the alpacas. They are SO cute!!! I would recommend this place 10/10.
