"The day time staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. There was a smell in our room which was close to a stale cigarette smell but we adjusted. The breakfast was okay and we enjoyed the fresh fruit. We will stay again if we are in the area."

"Some staff were rude some were friendly it depends on who you get. Place is older and it shows with ware and tare but it is ok for the price and was clean without bugs or pests. It’s gated and secure. Obnoxious party people were there but that’s New Orleans for you, not the hotels fault. You get what you pay for and it’s under 100 a night most days so book it if you are on a budget, if not go with better but if you want to save some money like I did. It was ok overall. "

"Staff was incredible friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Rooms are pet friendly and they do have a dander smell and there were some stains in carpet. Beds were comfy. Rooms needed a little update. Advertised to have free breakfast but its onky M-F one sign saif 4am-6am. If you have kids may need to find alternative like we did for traveling on a weekend. We recommed lil lees it was delicious and afforadable. "

"Other than breakfast ending a little too soon during the week, and the lotion in the bathroom being hard to reach for those of diminutive stature, it was lovely!"

"There is about 1/4 inch gap in the door so you can see outside or inside. Each door had a glow from the sunset coming through. Also meant you could hear a lot going on. Soap in bathroom had been used and there was a cigarette burn on top toilet seat cover. Also had to fix the chain inside tank. in the lobby was gross. The only good thing was the staff"

"I had a 6 day stay and housekeeping never came to my room. The font desk staff was friendly. However I requested housekeeping on 2 separate occasions yet no one came to clean my room "

"This was the worst stay I have ever had. There was a couple in the room next to me where fighting all day so I left when I came back that night they were still fighting I called the front desk about two times and they did nothing. The property looks nothing the pictures it need so many repairs and it’s dirty. It’s not a safe or family friendly place to stay."
