"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. "

"The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It is accesible via lift and allocated parking is available a short walk away. Lovely view over the marina and a 2 minute walk from the beach. The apartment is within an easy walk of various restaurants and benefits from having a Co-op just by the front door."

The little balcony overlooking the marina was a lovely spot to have a cuppa! The location is very convenient for both the City Centre and the Beach. The host Joan was friendly and welcoming. "Master bedroom was spacious with a balcony to the lake view. Although other two rooms are slightly smaller. But it’s a family friendly property. I couldn’t open gate for Juliet balcony not sure if it’s not working. There is a big Asda supermarket nearby for Amy groceries and fuel. Plenty of crockeries in kitchen with all major appliances. I feel in extreme heat, property gets heated up and maybe host should make a few fans available for next time. Plenty of stairs to climb so be sure about...
