In the mountains and with the river running through the town. The room itselfs was spotless clean, warm and inviting. A quiet nights sleep in a oh so comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again. "Clean large room, friendly staff, excellent pool facilities. The pool & jacuzzi & sauna & steam room are lovely and can be used by hotel guests, not just spa guests. The pool is a lovely warm temperature. I had a spa treatment & thoroughly enjoyed it. The posh restaurant is the breakfast restaurant & very overpriced, especially for meat. The cheaper restaurant is just outside it, it’s a sports bar with TVs everywhere. Breakfast was sensationally good, great selection, food superbly well cooked...

"We had a function in Margam Park and the Barn was an ideal venue to stay overnight. The bedroom was really cosy with a large bed and the breakfast was a continental with lots of choice. We met the owner who was a helpful and friendly host. We will definitely stay again."

"Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. "
