"Property was beautiful "

"The property is located in a area of lots of restaurants which is a plus however the property needs better maintenance i had to switch rooms 3 times due to ants and a spider in my room the other just weren’t cleaned good other then that excellent staff and they did try to accommodate me they need to really clean carpet snd you can tell that the cleaning staff would spray to clean but didn’t clean it so i had to buy stuff and clean my own room because i was there for week and it just wasn’t clean enough but nevertheless it recommendable just those things i mentioned"

"I recently stayed at this hotel in Miami, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. To start with, the hotel itself is quite outdated. The interior feels old and clearly needs renovation. While that alone is manageable, the real issue was the service — especially the staff and the shuttle. I waited for the airport shuttle for over two hours. During that time, I called the hotel for assistance. The person who answered spoke with a strong Spanish accent, and communication was extremely difficult. She kept telling me to go to “Door 15” and to keep waiting, but no matter how long I waited, the shuttle never showed up. After more than two hours with no sign of the shuttle, I had no choice but to take an Uber to the hotel. When I finally arrived, the same staff member suddenly acted as if she could barely understand English at all, which made the situation even more frustrating. At the very least, the hotel should ensure that someone answering the phone can communicate clearly in English, especially when assisting international travelers. Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the outdated facilities and the unacceptable level of service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
