Excellent location. Most helpful staff. Our stay couldn’t have been better as you got the My Khe Beach right outside the entrance doors. Everything you need is around the hotel for your needs, water, restaurants, food stalls, massages, everything. We will be back.

If you want a quiet peaceful night book the rooms without windows 9th floor or lower as there is a lot of noise from the beach clubs in all the other rooms. Great staff interaction and clean fresh room makeup each day. Breakfast varied and excellent. Pool could do with a tidy up, bad grouting, loose ladder but clean water and great view.

The bed was so comfy which is a first for Asia for me so far, most beds have been bricks but this one was like your average hotel in America, looked just like the pictures. There is a abandoned hotel connected to it which is a little odd but not too concerning or anything it’s in a solid location too.

We checked into our room on a Sunday, nice room, great views but the room itself, although it looked nice wasn’t well set out. The bed was so huge you couldn’t open the wardrobe properly and also meant there was only enough space for one bedside cabinet, annoying details but not a deal breaker. The deal breaker was the noise at night from the beach club across the road, the DJ literally screamed and chanted into the wee small hours and the room was like trying to sleep inside a night club, no sound proofing whatsoever. We travel a lot and don’t mind a bit of nighttime noise but this was next level, unsleepable crazy loud base and screaming DJ. On the second night we complained loudly and they gave us a windowless cave room just to sleep where the noise was minimal. The next day we just wanted out. We were told the manager wouldn’t be in til 2pm so wandered around til then. Complained to Expedia who were helpful but in short the hotel offered us a room in a sister hotel a few meters down the road, the Holiday Beach. Much smaller darker room without the amazing view but quieter too. They threw in a dinner voucher and a massage and as we were so tired by that stage we just accepted the offer. In retrospect, the other property was a lot cheaper, the room was small, and breakfast wasn’t as good, so we downgraded a lot in order to be able to sleep. Not a great trade off really but the staff were mostly really lovely and helpful. Wish we hadn’t booked and paid for such a long stay.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels during my life, but never had such great service from EVERY member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble. If I could give six stars to the staff, I would. There is a culture of excellence here.
