Excellent location. Most helpful staff. Our stay couldn’t have been better as you got the My Khe Beach right outside the entrance doors. Everything you need is around the hotel for your needs, water, restaurants, food stalls, massages, everything. We will be back.

If you want a quiet peaceful night book the rooms without windows 9th floor or lower as there is a lot of noise from the beach clubs in all the other rooms. Great staff interaction and clean fresh room makeup each day. Breakfast varied and excellent. Pool could do with a tidy up, bad grouting, loose ladder but clean water and great view.

All staff are very nice, smiling and kindness. they did every day what I needed. I would like to visit again if I go Da nang next time. Also I recomend Yarra Hotel to anyone those who will visit Da Nang, it close to beach.

The bed was so comfy which is a first for Asia for me so far, most beds have been bricks but this one was like your average hotel in America, looked just like the pictures. There is a abandoned hotel connected to it which is a little odd but not too concerning or anything it’s in a solid location too.

The good: Room view was incredible and spacious. The breakfast buffet was also great. I loved the variety of everything they had (especially the fresh fruit), The bad; Room was beautiful but it was very dusty (hasn't been cleaned behind the furniture). I wasn't a huge fan of the shower, was very awkward to use between balancing it on it no where to put the soap when using it. Would be good if they got rid of the glass see through wall. Unfortunately there is a beach club across the street which is insanely loud. I can sleep through a lot of noise but this was next level loud. It was literally shaking the windows. And it goes on into the wee hours of the morning. I know this out of the hotel's control but the local authorities needs to do something about the club as it is just unnecessarily loud. Even on the pouring rain days, when no one was even at the club, they were still blasting the music. Was very difficult to get a good sleep (even with ear plugs in). The pool is in bad shape and is very hazardous. There was loose/sharp tiles everywhere, the ladder going into the pool looks as its going to fall out of the mounts any second (it literally comes out of the ground as you climb up it) and the lights in the pool looks like it is one bump away from getting live electric wire into that water. They need to shut that down completely and renovate it before someone gets seriously hurt. I would not say this is a 4 star hotel, more like a 2.5 or 3.
