We stayed at the Balcona Hotel in April and had a wonderful time! Room was clean, Bed firm but comfortable. Delicious breakfast and tea. We used the spa and received excellent service! I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rocky start as bed was uncomfortable, however, KENT, the manager was like “Clark Kent” and corrected things lickity split! Such a competent person! All other staff above normal I’d say!!! Great location, great view of beach!

Loved this hotel. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Communication was excellent and they helped me book my onwards travel too. I had a lovely afternoon tea at the hotel and evening meal, both were delicious. Great rooftop restaurant and bar with infinity pool. Great location and amazing views over the beach at DaNang. I would highly recommend.
