First of all, I would like to sorry for your bad experience during your stay. I would like to clarify a bit. This is a beach resort with following facilities: 2 public pools, restaurant, bar, private beach, gym...Convenienct store is about 1km, you can call them to deliver if needed. You also can order via Grab app for food. There is gardener and swiming pool cleaner around resort regularly to investigate cleaning issue. So sorry that it bothered you. We truly hope to have another chance to serve you better next trip!
