We had an absolutely amazing family trip at Ocean Estates. The villa itself was stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. The private swimming pool was a highlight for us, and the large rooms gave everyone plenty of space to relax. The outdoor barbecue setup made for some unforgettable dinners under the stars. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the hospitality of Anna and Jenny. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive to every detail — whether it was helping us settle in, arranging transportation, or making thoughtful local recommendations. Their warm and genuine care turned a beautiful stay into a perfect one. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape with world-class service. Comfortable, perfect for family and friends.

Our one-week stay was pleasant and relaxing. The 2BR apartment we booked was clean and comfortable throughout. Facilities around the resort were also great and family/friends-friendly. One thing I would comment on is the breakfast and housekeeping services, it was difficult communicating with the staff at times. Their cleaning of the whole room was not as thorough as expected, leaving dirty dishes and rubbish around the kitchen area as well as the rubbish bin. But we had a staff support group which really helped with our stay. Overall, it was really worthwhile and an awesome trip to Da Nang.

My first Vietnam

I visited this villa with my parents. Even though our check in time was very late, manager and staffs sincerely help us. And I would like to recommend breakfast service! Chefs came to our villa every morning, so we could enjoy private service. If you have any question during stay, please don’t hesitate to ask. Because all of staffs and managers will help you right away. Thanks to Anna & Tony, our vacation was comfortable and safe. Everything was perfect!

The villa situated in a well secured community about 15 min from Hoi An. The rooms were spacious with large beds, bathrooms and access to a private pool as pictured on the website. The living and dining room were huge. Landscape was very well maintained. We worked with a young woman named Tram. Tram wad very accommodative and professional. She was thorough with policy and fees explanation and was quick at turning around our concerns and requests. We had a situation with the patio door and it was quickly addressed. The highlight of the stay was access to the beautiful Non Nước beach with miles of fine white sand and a nice pool by the Nếp restaurant. The place also offer moped rental for a small fee. We highly suggested one rents this to get around as the villa is a bit far away from central Danang.
