Staffs in the front reception are very helpful and attentive, go about and beyond helping with every aspect during my stay , room is very clean, water bottles are well stocked, I was told swimming pool is closed for renovation,( oops I didn’t read the fine prints,) breakfast was very limited food choices, over all the hotel is ok ,

We globally appreciated our stay in this hotel thanks to the kind and helpful staff, who did all their best to satisfy our requests and needs. However, some of the equipments (furniture, curtains, ...) needed to be renewed, to offer a perfect stay to the guests. After all, we will keep good memories of our stay in Fusion Suites Da Nang.

Staff and service is exceptional! Pool was under renovation. Everything else was amazing.😀 please note: Daily reflexology is ONLY part of the hotel name and not an included amenity that comes with your room. You will have to book by appointment at hotel spa. I was informed about this confusion on arrival and the staff was very accommodating and comped my hotel reflexology spa treatments.

We got upgraded to a bigger unit. Nice, clean, spacious with a kitchenette. Bunk bed in separate room. Automatic blinds are a nice touch. Everything is perfect. We had very good experience at the hotel. If I had to change something, it'd be the vents. The small room is fine, but the main room? The AC blows directly at the master bed, especially at the head. Hard to sleep with cold air blows at your head. We will definitely come back though. Good beach, good property, good people, good service. Can't beat that.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fusion Suites Da Nang, and I cannot express enough how exceptional our experience was. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options that catered to every taste. Each morning, we looked forward to starting our day with such a delightful meal. The hotel's SPA services were top-notch. The professional treatments helped us unwind and relax, providing a much-needed escape from our daily routines. The tranquil atmosphere and skilled therapists made the experience even more enjoyable. A standout moment during our stay was the surprise the hotel arranged for my youngest daughter's birthday. Without any prior notice, the staff prepared a beautiful birthday cake and a heartfelt card. This thoughtful gesture truly made her day and left us all feeling incredibly special. Overall, Fusion Suites Da Nang delivers an outstanding experience in every way. The exceptional service, delicious food, and thoughtful touches made our stay unforgettable

This is one of the more expensive hotels in the area. It did not have an iron. I asked multiple times and they didn’t bring one. The remote for the tv was out of battery. No dining options other than breakfast. Pool is across the street. They have a bar there but is not in service. I recommend staying down the street closer to My Khe beach. More restaurants and closer to things to do.

Rigtig fint ophold, personalet var rart og behjælpeligt. Fin morgenmadsbuffet og fantastisk at man kan få leveret morgenmaden op på værelset uden ekstra beregning. Hotellet ligger dog lidt yderligt i forhold til omkringliggende oplevelser, så som restauranter, der ikke udelukkende er seafood, samt shopping muligheder. Det virkede som om nogle ting i nærområdet var under renovation eller var lukket. Dette kan hotellet dog ikke klandres for, og vi har været meget tilfredse med vores ophold.

さすが五つ星。とても満足の滞在でした。 ビーチは夜がうるさいということが心配だったので、 メインビーチから離れたこのホテルにしました。 しかし夜はイベントなのかまあまあうるさかったですが、 夜の10時には静かになり睡眠は問題なくでした。 チェックインは14時とありましたが、24時間滞在というコンセプトでされているので チェックアウトが早い場合は早く到着して、ホテルを満喫するのが良いと思います。 周りにはお店があまりありませんが、 ホテルで、夕飯をいただけます。 私たち以外の利用はいませんでしたがとても親切でした。 朝食も種類がほどよく楽しめました。 子ども用椅子も貸してもらえたのでありがたかったです。 時間がなくプールを利用できなかったのか残念でした。 ビーチで遊んだあとにナイトプールを利用しようと思ってましたが、 ナイトプールはやっていないとのことでした。 また最上階のバーもまだ営業していませんでした。

가성비 매우 좋은 오션 뷰 호텔 입니다. 다낭 시내에서 다소 떨어져 있으나 그랩으로 충분히 다닐 수 있는 거리입니다. 태풍으로 수영장이 폐쇄되어 이용하지 못한 아쉬움이 매우 크지만 방이 따로 있고 전자레인지가 있어 3명이 모두 편하게 쉬었습니다. 조식의 종류가 많지 않고 주변에 식료품점이 없는 것이 조금 불편하지만 다낭은 배달이 잘 되어있어 배달을 이용하면 됩니다. 빵과 커피, 과일과 달걀이 맛있었어요. 불변한 점을 모두 없앨 수 있는 저렴한 가격에 최강 오션뷰가 있어 호텔 재방문의사 아주 큽니다.

완전 좋아요 깨끗하고 친절하고 체크인 시간보다 일찍 도착했는데 얼리체크인 해 주셨어요 이 가격에 방 2개 분리된 스위트룸이라니 완전만족합니다 조식이 조금 부실하다는 평이있었고 실제로 조촐한 편이긴하지만 필요한건 다있어서 저는 부족함을 느끼지 못했습니다

Great value, priceless ocean and city views!!

View from the studio suite was AMAZING. Reflexology and breakfast were overwhelmed and not available, however after providing feedback to the hotel we were upgraded to the zen rooftop access, which was fantastic and a service I’d pay for upfront if I stay at this property again. Staff was very responsive so overall I was pleased with our stay. One note: the pool is actually across the street and it would be best to try to book the reflexology service well in advance or it may not be available.
