In the heart of Hoi An peace and comfort...

A very central hotel just minutes walk to the pedestrian area of Hoi An... very clean rooms extremely comfortable beds, in room safe box and triple glazed for extra soundproofing. If you want a very quiet room perhaps overlooking the indoor pool on the second or third floor would be ideal. Excellent English speaking reception staff only too willing to help. Excellent choice this time.

旧市街へは歩いて5分ととても近く、ホテルの周りに食事出来る場所が結構ある。また、自転車もレンタルできるので、自転車で周辺を見て回ることができる。スタッフの方々はとても親切で、ホイアン旧市街の情報、ホテル近くのお勧めの食事場所を教えてくれました。ホテルにはエレベーター場所なかったのですが、チェックイン時はそのまま荷物を運んでくれました、チェックアウト時はフロントに電話すると、スタッフの方が来て運んでくれます。朝食の種類は多く場所ありませんでしたが、どれも美味しく頂きました。部屋はとても綺麗で、ホテルにはプールもありました。ただ、シティービューが見える部屋を予約したのですが、木があってあまり見えませんでした。

Staff was great, especially Anne, front desk, operation manager when we arrived, extremely helpful, payed attention to details. Kevin at the front desk was great as well throughout our stay, both assisted with all our needs making great recommendations while there. All the staff was great & friendly. Free breakfast was great with a nice variety. Pool in the middle of hotel provided nice optics. Free bikes, umbrellas ready when it rained. Rooms updated, clean and roomy. Just outside of old city, couple of blocks, which was great when we needed a cab, because they are not allowed in old city, so hotel for us was perfectly situated. We loved our stay there and hated to leave. Perfect hotel for the price. Really cozy.

Friendly Hotel

Happy with the service and the people. As I had misplaced my nail clipper during my trip and the staffs was good to response on the issue. They had provided me the new nail clipper and some offer but I rejected on it. Feel good on their fast response and kindness. Thanks for that and I will come back for this hotel as I rated it as a friendly hotel

여기는 올드하지만~깔끔

방 사이즈가 제법 많이 좁다. 다만 구시가지가 가까워서 좋다. 세탁도 해준다던데 빨래가 있다면 체크인할때 맡겨라. 그리고 우린 3층에 묵었는데 엘레베이터가 없다... ⊙_⊙;;; 물론 짐을 옮겨주시는 분은 있더라...

가격이 나름 괜찮으면서 시설도 매우 깨끗했음. 또한 소음도 들리지 않으며 호이안 야시장과 가까움. 가격대비 정말 굳. 또한 따로 공지사항엔 없지만 공항 픽업서비스도 있는것같음. 정말 합리적인 소비를했다는기분.

物超所值的飯店

飯店人員服務非常好，會主動關心和介紹，預訂的房間沒有浴缸，但飯店給了我有浴缸和兩張單人床的房型，房間很大，完全物超所值，但飯店沒有電梯所以老人家可能要注意，飯店還有接機服務和接送峴港飯店的服務，也有當地tour 的行程。
