We loved this little honestly. All the staff are SO LOVELY, we ended up staying 3 more nights. They organised all our tours, booked us taxis, gave us chocolates and snacks and always wanted to go out of their way for us!! Pool was in shade after about midday which was a shame but still refreshing and volleyball made it fun. Breakfast was basic but yummy and made fresh every morning for us. About 30,000VND for a taxi to old town/night market (ask to use toll) from hotel so close and cheap. Beds comfy, big rooms but poor shower pressure (overlooked due to the kindness and welcoming feeling). Would definitely return. Thanks ngan phu :D

Great little place.

Fabulous little family run guest house, by far the best place I stayed during s recent 16 night trip in Vietnam. A little out of the historic centre, about 25 minutes on foot, but in a nice safe area with plenty places to eat/drink nearby. Hoi An town is so beautiful and the centre gives a break from the scourge of Vietnam... traffic. Great pool and facilities at the villa make relaxing their all the better. Strong WIFI, good shower, huge comfortable bed, daily cleaning a a delicious breakfast served with a smile make this the perfect base for Hoi An.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. We are a family travelling with young children and the staff went above and beyond over the 5 days of our stay. They were very helpful in booking day trips, taxis to the beach, to ancient town, and airport transfers. They were absolutely wonderful with our 2 children (3 and 4.5 yrs old). The location was perfect, the pool was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious! Highly, highly recommend. Especially for families!

This is a very great place to stay. Kind and attentive, the staff feels like family. The pool was great and when we had problems (loud guests in a room upstairs), they made every effort to make everyone happy and comfortable. I would only suggest the possibility of putting some kind of sound dampeners on, say, the chairs in the rooms. The rooms are big and a lot of sound echos and carries everywhere. So, when a chair is simply moved in one room, it was echo loudly in others. Some kind of cushion or padding on the legs could work wonders. That said, we would definitely consider coming back when we are back in Hoi An. Thank you!

Great little hotel between the old town and the beach. Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely breakfast. Our room was quite small but we had booked the cheapest one and it was fine for the 2 nights we were there. Didn't get chance to hire bikes or go in the pool as it was raining the whole time we were there :(

Super nett und hilfreich. Silvester würden wir zum Essen mit anderen Gazen eingeladen. Bis in Altstadt etwas zu laufen. Aber wenn man die Altstadt einmal ersehen hat reicht es. Nettes Publikum im Hotel.

Excellent Guesthouse

Prima guesthouse, rustig en heel aardige bediening, goede- en schone kamers en heerlijk bed. En werkelijk een heel goed ontbijt. Het ligt een kleine 2 km van het oude centrum en dus aan te lopen of te bereiken met de gratis fietsen. Dit guesthouse kan ik zeer zeker aanraden,👌👍

Welcoming home base for Vietnam visit

Ngan Phu Villa was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The hosting family is extremely friendly, knowledgable and not pushy! They booked tours for us that were billed to our room making the experience of visiting Vietnam very easy and comfortable. The villa is nicely tucked off of a main road so you get a bit of a respite from the very busy roads. The pool is a wonderful way to cool off on the hot humid days and a very relaxing setting. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Only thing I would note is to bring your own shower toiletries and be aware of the open bathroom/shower (it took some getting used to). Overall Ngan Phu Villa is a wonderful bargain for the amenities you receive.

Fantastic stay would recommend

We stayed 4 nights they could not be more helpful picked us up from airport and arranged ‘easyriders’ To take us to Hue all at a reasonable cost and we were able to borrow bikes for free. Hotel is beautiful the facilities are great and breakfast delicious would definatley recommend! There is a fair walk to the old town (15-20 minutes) but there are plenty of shops restaurants nearby.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Team sehr bemüht und täglich gibts am Abend eine kleine Überraschung zum knabbern. Sehr hilfsbereit und organisiert alles. Gutes Frühstück, mit dem Rad alles schnell erreichbar. Einziges Manko sind die Gelsen in Zimmer und fehlendes Moskitonetz!

Comfortable, pleasant staff

Pros: comfortable rooms, friendly staff that provide a great hot breakfast service, go above and beyond to provide little treats at night and come to your room to kill mosquitos before bed. Great bikes to use for free to get you to and from the ancient town or if you want to head to the beaches. Con: it is far from the ancient town if you're walking. Be prepared to be comfortable biking at night when it's dark and you have almost no reflectors.

Nice, clean hotel with wonderful staff

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and enjoyed the small pool available to guests and free use of bicycles. Rooms were very comfortable and the staff (Quyen and Ms. Nga) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We would recommend a stay at Ngan Phu Villa.

The best villas in town!

What a fantastic Villa! The staff were the best we've had so far on our trip. So helpful, knowledgable all with a smile! The rooms were beautiful, the pool was lovey with a great temperature we were able to use the free bicycles to use around town which was perfect. Free breakfasts. Would highly recommend this stay if in the stunning Hoi An area. And once again couldn't speak more highly of the hosts were very polite and very accomodating

Great breakfast! Friendly staff! Just a pity that it was under construction during our stay in March, 2017. Swimming pool could not be used. The rooms are clean and nice and the environment beautiful.

A lovely couple of days

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this Villa. From the moment we arrived we received outstanding customer service. Moon and Quyen really are amazing hosts and certainly looked after us and made us feel welcome. They were both very helpful at organising activities and letting us know good places to eat and sights to see. The room itself was beautiful kept and very comfortable. My partner and I had a great night sleep. It's about a 25 minute walk to the old city. However, they offer bikes for free or mopeds for 100,000 dong a day. This makes the journey very easy and enjoyable. Breakfast was also included for the option we choose. I had fried eggs on bread, banana pancakes with chocolate sauce and a mango shake. Very tasty. Even after we checked out the hosts offered us a room to get showered in after a day out, before our long bus journey to Nha Trang. It was our favourite place that we have stayed in our travels around south east Asia to date and we would definitely return again.
