HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Service That Makes Up for the Construction! When I booked HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa, I had no idea the hotel was situated between two buildings undergoing construction. Naturally, the noise was a concern, but what truly impressed me was how the hotel handled a situation beyond their control. From the moment we arrived, the staff sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and welcomed us with refreshing drinks, along with complimentary drinks at the lobby bar. What stood out was how much effort they put into making their guests feel comfortable and appreciated despite the ongoing construction. The complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch, the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, and the rooftop pool and bar offered a beautiful place to relax. The facilities were excellent, the spa was wonderful, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. But what truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every interaction reflected genuine hospitality, attentiveness, and a commitment to making guests feel valued. And let’s not forget the location! The hotel is perfectly situated, making it incredibly convenient to explore Da Nang. Construction may be temporary, but exceptional hospitality leaves a lasting impression. Despite the noise, I would still give HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa five stars for its outstanding service, wonderful amenities, and the incredible effort they put into ensuring their guests have a memorable stay. ⭐ Five-star service"

"처음방에 금연방임에도 불구하고 흡연을해 방에서 냄새가 안빠져 방을 바꿔준 매니져님 고마운데 미안하시다고 과일에 초콜릿까지..호텔측의 잘못이 아님에도 불구하고 릴리 매니져님 감사합니다.머물던 자리에서 서로가 에티켓을 지키면 좋았을것을 하는 아쉬움이 있었네요."

"Lovely hotel, we had a little complication at check in but they moved quickly to resolve and ensure we enjoyed our stay. Breathtaking views from the rooftop pool and restaurant. Great selection at breakfast, our waiter was very welcoming and attentive. Bar by the pool was a very welcoming escape in the afternoons, cold beers on tap. Rooms are generous in space and ocean front views are spectacular. Thanks to entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Da Nag was one of our best memories throughout Vietnam"
