Amazing Stay at Rise Mount Premier Resort!

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff provided wonderful service, and a special thanks to Lieu for the warm welcome and free room upgrade. Truly a great experience—I’ll definitely be back!

All staffs were very friendly and kind. Breakfast was excellent. However, it was noisy at night because the hotel is in front of the busy street. I heard car/bikes' horn a lot. If it weren't for the noisiness, it couldn't have been better.

Very nice hotel near the beach and many restaurants. The pool is very nice and so is the staff. It was only a bit to expensive for our budget , still we stayed 3 nights 😁.

Loverly hotel on the main strip overlooking the beach, restaurants and bars just over the road. Spa was very good and had a great massage. Staff are very friendly and the food is nice. Our suite overlooking the bay was very well priced.

The advertised rooftop pool and second bar is completely false. They are locked for months. Rented 3 rooms, all were supposed to overlook the pool, only one of them did. Nice people, slightly dated hotel, great beds.

Average Stay with Room for Improvement

Feb 2024: Great location with an average stay. We felt that it was slightly overpriced. The hotel itself has a charming and photogenic appearance, closely resembling the pictures online. We booked a Jr Suite, but were disappointed to find that it lacked a separate living room and office, which are typically expected in such accommodations. Instead, there was only a large chair that accommodates just one and a half persons. Additionally, we encountered issues with several outlets in the room, even after using the hotel's adapter. The bathroom door, constructed with wooden slats, lacks privacy as it allows visibility through them, and the water from the faucet stinks. Furthermore, the restriction of only two bottles of water per day necessitated additional purchases. While the breakfast provided was acceptable, it did not live up to the deliciousness mentioned in other reviews. Despite these shortcomings, we appreciated the prompt resolution of an issue with our AC unit during the night. The staff upgraded us to a larger room, which was a gesture we valued.

Great property but lacked service.

Positives: Big, comfy beds in a clean room. Restocked with water bottles each day. Power shower and a long, sunken bath. Wide range of choice at breakfast. Food was tasty and replenished regularly. Great location to beach (10min walk away), shops, bars, restaurants etc. Lots of multilingual TV channels for down time. Even a TV set up in the lobby showing World Cup fixtures! Helpful staff aided us in renting a scooter, making it very easy and stress free. Room came with a 200k drinks voucher which we used at the bar. Good variety of alcohoic and non-alcoholic options. Happy hour prices very competitive. One pleasant afternoon tea was included with the room rate. Negatives: Constant music at front of property can be heard through rooms. Noisy sports centre behind property, constant use of tannoy system is disruptive as early as 7am in the morning. Downstairs pool was out of service for 3 days due to private pool parties. Upstairs pool lacked music, a bar and service. Staff jet washed the patio in front of our room at midnight, which was particularly inconsiderate. Randomly at breakfast another guest left a bag of rubbish on the seat opposite me. I know this has nothing to do woth the hotel, but it was certainly disgusting. Another customer sat on our patio chairs to pose for pictures without asking. Again, nothing to do with the hotel, but staff didn't do much to prevent these things from happening. It was a bit like a free for all.

無料でアップグレードして下さった。部屋は普通。部屋もサービスも5つ星ホテルのクオリティではなく、4つ星か、せいせい4.5星レベル。快適という程ではない。ただ、トイレとバスルームがちゃんとそれぞれドアがあり、天井まで区切られているのは良い。 シャワーは最初は熱いが、どんどんぬるくなる。 バルコニーのドアの閉め方が分からなかったので、スタッフを呼んだが、とても態度が悪い。何度も乱暴に部屋のベルを鳴らし、酔っ払いのような私服の男性スタッフが来て、嫌だった。 1階のプールは小さいが、リゾート感がある。 ホテル自体は、海から遠い。コストパフォーマンスも別に良くない。 ダナンは、もっと良いホテルが沢山あるので、ここは一度泊まれば十分。
