"The staff are friendly and nice. I made a complaint about the room not being properly cleaned because there were stains everywhere, the reception staff promised to have a deep clean the next day but it didn't happen since the places I showed her are still dirty and they never bothered to follow up as well. I didn't bother to complain again since it wasn't dirty to the point that is unacceptable for a hotel. The swimming pool bathroom/changing room is also very dirty. I think the hotel manager...

"We had a lovely time at this boutique hotel. The staff checked us in quickly and were kind enough to surprise us with a cake for my partners birthday. Shout out to Ma, Tiam, Chu, Dan, and Tinh for making our short stay very special. It’s only a short walk to the Han market and several cute little places to dine, and a 10 minute grab ride to the beachfront. The coconut coffee in the cafe was really yummy. "I really enjoyed my stay in Sujet Center Hotel as i explored Hai Chau and My An. The check in with Quynh was very smooth which I appreciated as I arrived at night from a long travel day. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable, all appliances and amenities worked as advertised. The area felt safe and Security Guard Ngoc was always on duty and friendly. When it was time to check out, J and Quynh were quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend."

"Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. It would have been better to make it more flexible. The front of the property was nightmare with cars. overall experience was very good."

"We had the best experience, the hotel was clean, the staff were all very friendly. We arrived early before our check in time, so they recommended a beautiful Michelin Star restaurant around the block. Then we had foot massages right next door to the hotel, with enough time to check in promptly at 2pm. The hotel also offers car services with prices comparable to Grab. We had a very nice experience!"

"An excellent hotel which will be my first choice of stay when I return to Da Nang. Situated in a busy area about 2.5kms from Da Nang Beach. My room was spacious, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The Breakfast Buffet was always excellent with a good choice of food. A small but adequate swimming pool and gym if you need it. Trips can be booked through reception at competitive prices. The stand out feature however, were the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Always polite and smiling...

"We loved our stay at M Village, the hotel is beautiful and the view from our room was gorgeous (booked premier relish room city view). We stayed over my partners birthday which was made extra special by the staff who were so friendly, especially Jenny as she organised flower, balloons and a heartfelt note to be delivered while we were out as a surprise. We will be staying here everytime we come back to Danang. "

"The staffs are very nice no problem with checking in, inly problem I had was why were there no microwave in the rooms we had a three bedroom suite we had to keep calling for the iron and the iron board. There’s no plates there’s no fork. What’s the purpose of having a stove with no utilities to use or what’s the purpose of having a kitchen?"
