"The AC/Heat in the room was SO LOUD and would bang and get louder all night. It made it very hard to sleep. We shut it off for awhile but the room got too hot pretty quickly. We had an early morning flight so left the hotel at 4am. We could not find any staff anywhere to let them know about the loud unit in our room. They need to update the AC/Heating, it's awful. "
