"The breakfast was very good. Check in is at 3 pm and we got there at 2:15 and we're unable to check in, so we went to eat and came back at 3:15 and our rooms still weren't ready. I said we would take any room because we were going to the Brewers night game and needed to check in now and the front desk clerk did not want to give us a differnt clean room because we had booked through Expedia. Finally I believe it was the manager came out and we were given rooms."

"Blackout curtain did not work. This was at 9:00 at night we weren't going to ask the staff to come up. It was stuck in the highest position.
When we came back from dinner. We noticed police cars in the driveway in the entrance. There was no staff at the desk. The police told us that we could go to our room, but there are policemen with guns pulled out on that floor.
Why wasn't there any staff to deal deal with the guest? Totally unacceptable"
