"Upon arrival we were told that the third party booking we had made and prepaid a month earlier was not valid, however we could have the room for $45 more than the booked price and we would need to pay again as the earlier booking was invalid. It was up to us to recover our money from the booking website. Apparently this was an issue the hotel knew about for 5 weeks and had still not sorted out with the booking website. "Modern, comfortable cabin with a balcony which is out behind the main hotel. The air conditioner was quiet and the queen bed was comfortable. The ensuite was a good size. Provided were a kettle, toaster and microwave. The auto balcony light shines in the window through the venetian - we hung a towel over the blind."
