"The room had bed bug blood all over the protector pads & the covers, on the box springs & on the mattress pad it was full of every human hair that ever stayed there. They said they would go on and correct the issue but only changed the top cover so I recorded and sent it to them and they only offered more sheets. How was that going to help. Once I tried to leave and get my money back they were rude & only want we to refund one day of cleaning fee. I couldn’t sleep in the room at all and they...

"Based on the online booking site we booked a lake front property for the ease of walking back and forth to the lake with a family of 5. An hour after the booking a representative me the lake front was just the picture they use for all the properties. We ended up being 1.1 miles away and needed to drive and find parking multiple times a day. And the price was not adjusted for the inconvenient property. I'd be careful that what I book is actually what you get. "
