"Love the Lodge stayed here several times but this time was different. The maide service was terrible had a 2 room condo they never touched the 2nd room never made any of the beds. The last day check out is 10:00 am they started knocking at 8:30 am then front desk started calling saying the maide is waiting she was sitting by our door until we left at 9am! We paid 2 grand for 4 days dont appreciate being pushed out on check out day! We will never stay there again nor will our family members!"

"This was a horrible place to stay. Room was not maintenanced, shower head fell apart, no Ac and windows that wouldn’t open, broken chair, TV that wouldn’t work, locked out of our room twice and handicap bar fell off the wall. Very disappointing, go somewhere where there will be someone to help you. My husband and I were over the top frustrated."

"Staff very friendly, lobby clean and coffee delicious. Easy to arrange free shuttle to vail village, complimentary ski valet at base of mountain. Hot tub and pool wonderful but would have nice if they provided robes. Would stay here again for sure."

"The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Check in was way too long and includes mentions of the sales of some of the units. Room was nice but no air conditioning and in the middle of summer the room was hotter than outside even when the ceiling fan and extra box fan that was in the room. Lay at night sweating in bed trying to get asleep. Might be nice in the winter but definitely not the summer."

"This unit faces the intersection of Main and South Park Ave. Given the warmth we needed to have all the windows open. It was extremely noisy (people, vehicles, sirens, etc) until the very early morning hours making it hard to stay asleep. Other than not having a hair dryer as advertised, the location, amenities and condition of the unit and property were good. Wouldn’t stay here again due to noise"
