"Property could use some updating but that is to be expected in up north Michigan. You come up here to experience the outdoors not to sit in a hotel room. Despite being an older hotel, everything was very clean. Everything worked as should. Pool and hot tub temperature was perfect. Breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast and consisted of your normal stuff as well as eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. My family and I would stay here again."

"Enjoy the hotel, pool, hot tub, sauna, food. Parking and walking back to the hotel, especially in winter is difficult, especially by yourself or with children. A shuttle would be a thought."

"I had a really great stay overall at the Comfort Inn in Sault Ste. Marie. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The pool area does show some wear and tear, and the jacuzzi tub had a front panel that looked a bit offset or caved in, which stood out. However, those were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again."
