"To Start with the breakfast could have been a little better with the money quoted to us as 15 franks per person.However the rooms were superb. Staff Excellent. Connectivity excellent.The hosts were very very accomodating. our flight landed late. there were water bottles kept in the room. I landed on my birthday there. though nothing special was done however we were welcomed with swiss chocolate which was a nice gesture. The housekeeping used to daily clean our room. The bus stop was just 3 mins...

"No air conditioning although on and working according to staff the mini bar fridge was at room temperature and according to staff within Swiss standards of 18C, I do not think the milk and cheese would agree"

"It was a good stay. Our room was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating specially at the reception. Breakfast was okay. For the price of 25CHF it was not worth it. Some food items were not even hot when they should be. The lady (staff) who was there last week was talking badly about a group of family who wasn’t even rude to her. She spoke spanish to her colleague badmouthing the family. She probably thought no one can hear and understand her but we did. That’s not professional but...

"Due to the brand of hotel, even though the room I paid was quite chip for my night, I still expected a 4* hotel service. It would be good that Expedia says clearly when there is a big security fee ... fortunately the casher/receptionist let me go in the room without the big fee, that I did not have! I am working for a humanitarian association, I was at the end of my trip, there were no money anymore... so all and all... the room was not great, but ok, the price was really great, but ok,... ohh...

"There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was beautiful, clean and we had a lovely view. I can also say that the food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT! The staff was awesome. Everyone was kind, helpful and very accommodating. "The woman that checked us in was super friendly! We went to old town Zurich for a few hours and when we came back our key did not work. There was someone different at the desk who told us it was locked because originally we were assigned a different room. She was rude and made it sound like it was our fault that our belongings were in that room. Even other guests were surprised. Front desk staff kindness is very important for guest experiences. I left my earbuds by accident and they...
