Dahab was by far our favorite part of Egypt, and this was in large part due to how lovely our stay here was. The property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful, the seafront views are gorgeous, the staff is helpful and the included breakfast spread was the best we had of anywhere we stayed. Genuinely would love to have stayed longer and highly recommend.

I had the most magnificent stay at Bedouin Moon. I cannot fault anything. The staff were like family and brought so much joy into my experience. The hotel was constantly clean and my room was great. Zimmer sehr sauber, gute Matratze, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Aussenbereich und Pool top gepflegt und Pool-Landschaft wunderschön ästhetisch angelegt.Zi. mit Bergblick ruhig und entspannend.Dahab Lighthouse gut per Fuss zu erreichen.Komme gerne wieder.Als weniger gut ist die Internetverbindung. Nur im nahen Umkreis der Rezeption hat man Empfang.Schade auch, dass die Badezimmer Armaturen nicht gepflegt sind. Trotzdem kann ich Beduin Moon Hotel sehr empfehlen

We are a family of four with two teenage boys. The staff at Bedouin Moon made our stay very relaxing. Each day we started with a delicious fresh breakfast and returned to our rooms to find a towel sculpture on the bed. A different design each day created by Wael or Mohammed. Great location on the edge of Dahab with views towards Saudi Arabia. Outstanding coral diving/snorkelling locations right on the doorstep. Highly recommended

Bella struttura affacciata sul mare e abbastanza vicina al blue hole ha bei giardini ed una buona colazione. Buona la piccola piscina in terrazza anche se un pò piccola. L'hotel ha camere ristrutturate e camere non ristrutturate, quelle non ristrutturate lasciano a desiderare soprattutto per il bagno, vecchio, poco pratico e poco pulito.

Low key and away from the bustling city center- accommodating staff and Great pool area The biggest downer was one of our traveling group had money and earphones removed from his backpack when it was left in his room.

Dear Sir, First of all, thank you for having chosen our hotel for your stay in Dahab! We are really sorry about what happened to you concerning your belongings. We can, however, assure you that it was not stolen at the hotel. We never had any theft at all because the safety of our guests and their belongings is our top priority. Besides we do have cameras and security monitoring the whole place 24/7 and the keys are only accessible by the housekeeping responsible for your room and no one got in except him and we did verify that by checking the cameras recordings. You reported to the reception that part of your money and AirPods were missing which can be easily lost anywhere, Mr. Nasser the Manager on duty did his best to help you and to fulfill all your requests instantly, you did request to search the accommodation of the housekeeper in question and his belongings and you did but we didn’t find any trace for your missing stuff. We do value our guests and our staff and all the reviews are the highest on staff. Once again we are sorry that your missing airpods, but it certainly did not disappear at our hotel. For the price paid I could not have asked for more. We were in a 3ppl bedroom. The AC was great. Room was basic and nice. Nice view to the mountains. The breakfast was great, and I was especially blown away by the honest and caring service. Location nice, by the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but a short ride away. I will def be back!

A lovely place to stay! The staff are kind & very helpful! Nice air conditioned, clean room with bathroom, fridge, etc & balcony with spectacular views of mountains & sea! Buffet type tasty breakfast. Good wifi. Lovely pool area....but very hot up there! Beach across the road is not good....but plenty of others in nearby Eel Garden are excellent! You need transport to get anywhere, taxis cheap - I got a bike! Would be happy to stay again!

We loved the size of the rooms, the cleanliness of the entire property, the close proximity to the beach, and especially the outstanding hospitality of Mohammed and the rest of the staff. They made our stay at Bedouin Moon incredibly special!!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it's good for relaxation and some quiet time. It's in the middle between Mashaya "the shops area" (around 25 min.s walking distance) and the Blue hole (15 min.s by car) The location is amazing where the beach was right infront of us but it wasn't a good spot for swimming/snorkeling and the mountains behind us. Our standard twin room with sea view was relaxing with basic needs. Wael used to make sure that the room is clean and he was really helpful. The whole staff were friendly. The only thing that I didn't like was the food, the breakfast was really bad that we tried it once and never again.

The architecture and grounds, especially the pool, are great. It has a really relaxed, cool feel to the hotel. For the price, the space is probably what you would expect. We didn't need much, as we were just staying for one night after climbing Mt. Sinai. The pool was fantastic, but the beach area left a lot to be desired. The cushions are mostly on the ground and covered with ants. There are a few chairs with cushions and umbrellas, but not much space to lounge unless you want to be on the ground. If you don't mind that, the space is nice! We had a hard time getting towels in our room, and the legs of one of the beds kept falling off anytime my friend shifted position in the night. Apart from this, the space was nice for such a cheap price.

The hotel has everything you need from fresh food in the mornings to the loving staff thats willing to help you with anything. The location is perfect with its beach front property and its just a short walk away from central dahab and the blue hole. The unique lay out of the hotel allows for a fun atmoshpere while also allowing for privacy if you want. But its the amazing employees that make blue moon a true dahab experience. I recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to dahab.

Thotel surrounded by mountains and sea!
I studied many hotels before choosing this one and I can honestly say after choosing the Bedouin Moon that I was not disappointed. It is located on the outskirts of town- just far enough to be surrounded by the natural tranquility of Dahab and close enough to walk downtown in 15 minutes. As soon as I walked in the manager graciously upgraded me to a sea view room. The flavor of the hotel is very Bedouin and is nicely laid out with sea right in front of you and awesome mountains towering behind. The rooms are very pretty, decorated in Bedouin style but with nice touches. There is even a nice swimming pool nicely situated on a hill in the grounds in back. The staff were extremely helpful and one other thing I have to add- the food at this place was excellent. One of the best breakfasts I have seen anywhere- omelette, fruit, bread, yoghurt, break, honey, etc, etc...I ate my other meals here as well and they have a very good chef. My visit was during Ramadan which makes me even more appreciative of the way the staff sincerely saw to my every need. This is an absolutely lovely hotel and one that is fortunately, very affordable. In my opinion, its worth every penny. You won't be disappointed with this one!

Отель на берегу моря. Красивый вид. Можно подняться на гору для осмотра территории. Пешком до рынка 15мин - Хорошая вечерняя прогулка, либо такси 5-10 фунтов. Хороший завтрак в отеле. ХВС соленоватая. Есть кондиционер. Ночью не шумно. Вайфай ловил, но только для переписки в воцапе.

Rewelacyjny widok na morze jesli sie ma pokoj z balkonem na morze (wlasciciel dal nam taki mimo ze zareserwowalismy najtanszy). Piekny ogrod i polozenie hotelu, ale same pokoje, szczegolnie lazienka wymaga poprawy za ta cene. Duze i smaczne sniadanie (choc jeden z pracownikow chcial na koniec zebysmy dodatkowo zaplacili za napoje mimo ze to sniadanie-buffet, odmowilismy i bylo ok). Wifi dziala w miare. Obsluga bardzo mila. Po drugiej stronie ulicy hotel ma kilka swoich lezakow. Ogolnie relaksujace miejsce.

great stuff and relaxed hotel
Bedouin Moon is located 30 minutes walk from the commercial area of Dahab. A very relaxed walk either on the beach or the main road. The main road will go through the Asala square, about 20 minutes from the hotel. Taxi is very cheap, so access was convenient. Stuff is very helpful and kind, excellent. The backyard is very nice done with a Bedouin style fire place near the mountain. Egyptian breakfast and food in general were very tasty. As almost anywhere in Dahab there are couple of dogs and cats there, however they are really friendly, kids were playing with them ..so they are the good kind :). There is a decent beach patch in front of the hotel with good snorkeling. All in one, a very good stay at Bedouin Moon Hotel.

The hotel is located between the beach and the mountains which makes the location perfect. It’s around 10-15 min from the city center by foot. The staff is nice and helpful although we ordered food first night and never arrived. Food a bit overpriced for the quality as well as the trips/taxis to move around. Ps: they don’t serve alcohol

The Bedouin Moon Hotel is located on the way to famous Blue Hole in Dahab. At first sight hotel looks beautiful, specially the swimming pool surrounded by mountains and beautiful small park. The owner is wonderful lady, and her love for animals is noticeable in the hotel. Many dogs and cats everywhere around. Two types of rooms - mountain view and sea view. There are no windows in mountain view rooms. For sea view there are additional fees. We payed additional 60 le per day for sea view room. The receptionist refused to give us a receipt (printer wasn't working) Rooms are poorly equipped. Bathroom small, water salty. Many things were not working properly. There is wifi available in the hotel. Breakfast same everyday, there is no open buffet. In our 6 days stay, no one cleaned the room, no one replaced towels. When we complained about that, they told us we should ask for cleaning - it's the policy of the hotel. But no one told us about this policy when we first arrived. Bad surprise at checkout time. Additional costs. Charge for morning coffee served with breakfast. No one informed us that coffee is not included in breakfast. All in all, we enjoyed our time in Dahab. We enjoyed peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, but if the hotel management don't make some changes, we will not stay at Bedouin Moon again.

Regarding the extra fee of the Sea-view, it's obvious that Sea-view always has a higher rate than other-views and this is not a hidden fee. We do offer a-la-carte not open buffets and this is stated clearly on Expedia and hot beverages are not free as per our check-in agreement. We do promise major changes in terms of hotel renovations and price-structure and overall service by this Summer and we would like that you drop us a visit when you are in Dahab and we will be more than happy to compensate you. Lovely owner with terrible staff
Stayed for 5 or 6 nights. Room was never cleaned and the towels never changed! Not once! Was asked if I wanted to upgrade my room. I agreed and paid but they refused to give me a receipt for the 300 pounds I paid. At the end of my stay I was asked to pay for the coffees we had at breakfast!!! They wanted to charge coffee when breakfast was included in the rate I paid through Expedia!!! My subjective assessment is that the owner, a sweet South African lady, is unaware of what her staff is doing.

Nice hotel, close to the beach and a nice pool
They do keep a some dogs and cats so if you are afraid you might want to consider this. The animals are very friendly so no problem there.

Edge of town but worth it
Huge beautiful hotel across the street from the beach and snorkeling. Beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea and views of the mountains of Saudi Arabia. Large spacious comfortable rooms. A bit far to walk from town but taxis are very cheap. I would rather stay there where it is more peaceful and quiet and beautiful than in the busy touristy town. Better to visit the town and stay here. Friendly and helpful staff. Many friendly dogs. Felt safe with a guard and metal detector at the door.

Another great stay in this wonderful hotel!
This is the second time I have stayed at the Bedouin Moon and I enjoyed it very much. The food is great and although it is about 20 minutes walk to the centre of Dahab town it wasn't a problem. There are people around to drive you in a taxi into town or on excursions and the owner and staff are all very friendly. It will not be my last time!

Perfect location for Yoga and Scuba Diving
I've come to the Bedouin Moon Hotel for the second time. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. Most people go to the Bedouin Moon to do some yoga and / or to do scuba diving. The world class dive club reef 2000 is on site of the hotel, which makes arranging diving trips really easy. Food is delicious, don't miss out on the pancakes. I had most of my meals by the open fire in the courtyard of the hotel where many of the guests gather in the evening and it's the perfect place for a chat with fellow visitors and for making new friends. About Dahab: I felt it is a very safe place, security precautions have been taken by the local authorities and I would not hesitate to go there again. The local population is exceptionally friendly.

Better finished more central options available
Even at this price there are better more central places to stay in Dahab. Unfortunately Bedoiun Moon was too far out for my needs, which is no fault of the hotel but the room was also poorly furnished even at this price and moving to another another hotel in the centre turned out to be financially painful. Depite the Bedouin Moon not being at capacity I lost 50% of my 12 night stay booking after just one night, I would have accepted 2-3 nights as fair as would some of the locals I've spoken with. I understand the local economy is suffering but fleecing the tourists that do come here and hiding behind 3rd party T&C's leaves a slightly bitter taste in the mouth.

Great divers/yoga hotel.
On beach with a great pool area, superb dive centre (Reef 2000) and very friendly staff. Single travellers will meet others and make friends as soon as they arrive (if they want to) and it soon feels like you are with family. The location is great for diving on the road to the Blue Hole and Canyon. It has a super house reef. The food is simple but well cooked and very tasty. Breakfast is buffet style with a cooking station for eggs etc. Free WIFI is available in the bar area and some rooms close to it.

Fantastic hotel for divers
It's a perfect place to stay if you want to do a lot of diving in dahab. It is very convinient to have a dive station - reef 2000 - next door which offers a discount for thouse who live in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and eager to help you with anything. Rooms are cleaned daily and are comfortable though modest. But really, if you plan to have an active vacation with diving or windsurfing you are goint to spent there nights only. Breakfast is tasty even if there are not many otions to chose from. There is some distance between the hotel and dahab, but there are plenty of locals willing to give you a lift for less then a dollar, so i consider it as a pro.
