I especially loved the bedding—the linens were soft and the mattress provided the perfect amount of support for a great night's sleep. The staff were also very warm and welcoming. "Family visit, and we live fairly close, so we visit Rapid City often. Two different rooms reserved. King bed suite was amazing. Dual queen bed room was also amazing. Probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, in Rapid City. I miss full sized pillows, and breakfast was ok. Staff was extremely friendly, although I think staying outside of regular tourist season helps. We stayed with pets, and had no issues. I would like to stay here again, depending on price."

"Room was great for our trip. Ground floor pets. Easy in and out for check in and out. Front desk staff was kind, informative and quick. The indoor pool wasn't the warmest but it's shape and style was very unique. Free on site laundry with nice washers and dryers was incredibly helpful after our long trip. AC could use an upgrade and filter needed replaced. Still worked well enough though. The little quirks were cute; colored trash bags, shapes and style of furniture. In the front office there...

"This was a stop over on a business trip from Colorado to Minnesota. This one day was the highlight of my week. A great way to relax and enjoy. Staff was wonderful and accomodations were plenty. WE ate at the restaurant, great food, great view and staff was attentive, friendly and went above and beyond. Thank you to the Spearfish Lodge! We will be back! "
