"No telephone in rooms. I stayed Sat-Monday and didn’t receive any room service. I had to request fresh towels. TV remote didn’t work. The lamps didn’t work. Staff almost left my room door open because she thought we were checking out. She saw me and didn’t ask. I had to ask her why she was leaving my door open. 😡"

"The property is very outdated and needs a really good remodel done. The breakfast was tolerable, but nothing to brag about. The front clerks were nice and accommodating. The hotel is not one I plan to stay at again. It is conveniently located right off I-10 and access to Canal St/Bourbon St was cool. This hotel has potential, but needs a company that is willing to do the work to update it with compassion and care that works best for the patrons."

"Nothing was "wrong". But the whole place was run-down, inside and outside. I know you can't control how the opposite side of the Harvey Canal looks. However, I just don't see how keeping fresh paint on the buildings and boat along with well manicured gardens could cost so much that it is non-existent. "Very impressed by this quaint boutique hotel . Much better than big hotels in the area . Staff is very friendly. Kiana , at the reception is very helpful , sweet and professional. The decor is beautiful , you really feel like you’re in a French room and the price is unbeatable for what you get . Perfect location too so close to bourbon and all the attractions. "

"The room was dirty. The floors were dirty upon arrival. No towels at the pool. The back elevator was broken. The check-in took FOREVER and I ask for a poolside and two queens but upon arrival no availability. The breakfast the next morning was chaotic. Too crowded and the housekeeper was too worried about cleaning rather than putting food out and why would you be cleaning serving food at the same time UNSANITARY! "

"The hotel is very clean and the staff is very amiable. There are games and a pool table on the first floor and the 2nd floor has laundry, gym and a just right sized courtyard with lounge chairs, outdoor games and a swimming pool. It's at the very edge of the French Quarter and just stick to the front side of the hotel, the backside is a little bit shady, but they are very good with limiting the access to the hotel to the actual guests with their key card system. "The location is great and quiet even at night. However, the breakfast had a very poor selection and was not replenished regularly. The water pressure was very low (we stayed on the 9th floor), and the toilet did not flush properly. The staff was not very friendly"
