"Just a short 10-minute drive from town, this hotel was perfect for us! We loved waking up to stunning snowy mountain views every morning. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for breakfast—really handy. It’s close to shops and a supermarket, and with daily room service, our stay was completely relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

And the car parks difficult to navigate, we didn't use a car but the taxis/ubers found it difficult in the tight space and difficult parking spaces. Also my son got locked out of his room and had to spend a night in a different apartment. The staff told us they knew that door was a problem. "Fantastic location a short, flat stroll into the centre of Queenstown. The apartment had everything we needed. The two bedrooms were on different floors which suited us with older children but might not suit families with younger children. It would be a great townhouse for two couples as each floor had everything you needed with downstairs having a 2nd loungeroom and small kitchenette. Would definitely stay again as it's such a convenient location."

"We've been lucky enough to stay here twice before, and very little has changed. Same great location, same quality furnishings - very, very comfortable!
