"Unfortunately, our hotel stay was very disappointing. Our original room was near the balcony area, and during the evening, a dog two rooms down barked continuously for several hours. To make matters worse, we also found a roach in the bathroom. I do want to acknowledge that the staff was very helpful ..."

"Stayed three nights and never got cleaning service. The shower only had hot water which was very hot. When we called they said they would send maintenance but they never went. They do not have parking so we had to pay $48 per night for valet."
