This place is the jackpot of location. Everything you need and want is nearby. It was really high quality at an amazing price. The only issue was there wasnt enough curtains and it was so bright and was hard to sleep after the sun came up. Other than that, 5 stars.

My daughter is a UTA student, wasn’t feeling the greatest. I cooked over at her place & brought over some homemade meal & she had her friends come & enjoy dinner & watch tv. Convenient.

It was very roundabout to find a parking place and get into the apartment. I would have liked a more efficient way. Once we got in, everything was great. The apartment was safe, clean and comfortable.

The property was clean for the most part but needs some minor maintenance upkeep. Location was great! Lots of college students in the building, so it’s not always super quiet. The building itself needs maintenance, tidying up. Especially pool area, pool chairs are old and grungy. Overall it was a good stay and would stay again.

The apartment was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. The customer service was amazing. I had a couple if issues, not with the accommodations, that were resolved immediately. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Arlinton.

Very nice. The only television is located in living room. Each bedroom should have a television suggest a Roku TV. Received an email about noise not sure why we received this email. Our age group is 50 we got up early cook breakfast and was talking in normal voice. The location is quiet and that’s what we loved.

We booked for the pool, outdoor BBQ, and location. When we arrived, Kasa notified us the pool/BBQ was “under construction”. We went to open our unit and a man was inside, who claimed to be working on the network. He locked door and made us wait in hallway for several minutes. So weird! This is apartments that seem to be for college students, so was run down and filthy. They trick you with a cool lobby space, but that was the only tidy area on the property. The elevator nearest our unit was out, so we tried stairs. There is literal trash and vomit throughout the stairwell. Exterior door knobs were damaged on several floors, so you couldnt even gain entry. The only working elevator is across the property, and hallways smell putrid. Every walk to the unit was dreadful. Day 3 of 4, one of our showers suddenly lost water. All cabinets and baseboards in bathrooms have water damage. It could be a cool place but the overall property is poorly maintained and was not worth our money. Instead of BBQing ourselves, the only plus side was closeness to good bars/food- though ended up being even more expensive that way.

Once we made it inside our room, it was wonderful. The ac was on (a huge plus in Texas heat), the rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Getting to the main entrance and inside were a nightmare. Entrance is on backside of building, several keypads/codes needed just to get to the elevator, which then has another code to enter before you can even push the call button. The exterior building has little to no signage, but a lot of doors. It’s very confusing to go from room to car and vice versa. Zero onsite staff, actually saw almost no people at all. Cannot enter property from parking garage, at least not that I could find. Customer service is not onsite or really even aware of actual layout/appearance of building. They were kind and tried to be helpful, but their knowledge is limited. SO MANY CODES. The virtual aspect is what appealed to me initially, and I consider myself pretty tech savvy, but i was very frustrated by the end of it all. Room was great, it was very close to where we were visiting, but I’m not sure we will stay there again. Too much hassle for the price. Almost too much for ANY price.
