I paid for the Gold Experience however, nothing about the experience was Golden. It is much different at other Fairmont properties.

Did not use the laundry room. The staff was friendly. The pool was closed. If the pool is closed, why is that not listed on the website when booking?! This is so annoying. The hotel needed repairs.
