This place is amazing for families with kids or if you enjoy indoor Waterparks. When we arrived it did take a little while to get checked in. Once in the front Rosy was very friendly and offered a pass for all of us that was very convenient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. ...

DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas - Richardson
Although other reviews mentioned this being an “older hotel”, the interior of the hotel did not reflect that at all! The rooms, lobby, and hallways were very nicely renovated! And the entire hotel was immaculate! We will definitely stay here again when in the Dallas area!
