"Having strong air conditioning was appreciated during the heat wave. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods and is a good benefit for the cost of accommodation. I also had a great entree for a late lunch at the restaurant. Parking around the hotel is limited, so if you have a rental as we did, plan accordingly. We were able to find parking in the alleyway adjacent to the hotel."

"Let me start by saying that this isn't a Bed and Breakfast! We were told Breakfast wasn't available, also told it wasn't open as well as told it wasn't part of our package so not really sure in the end! We had to wait half an hour outside for someone to come and let us in, despite giving them an eta earlier in the day (which was bang on) and then half an hour warning also. "They need more staff for the restaurants at the facilities. The wait times were abhorrent for such a high rated resort. Felt bad for the staff because they can only do so much. Management needs to do better and get more staff or lose more stars."
