"Overall, my stay was good. Thankfully, the temperatures were mild because the air conditioning unit had visible mildew that appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time.
The more significant issue, however, was my experience at the front desk. My interactions with one younger woman at check in and one older gentleman while requesting a shuttle to an event were disappointing. They came across as unprofessional and unprepared for their roles. Their behavior was unexpected and not at all welcoming.
Fortunately, several other staff members provided outstanding service and helped improve my overall stay. Unfortunately, first impressions matter, and the front desk experience is what will most likely stay with me when reflecting on or recommending this property."
