"A lovely stay in a beautiful part of the world. We stayed in one of the accessible rooms, so can’t comment on the other accommodation, but our room was clean, if a little dated. The real positives were the staff, genuinely lovely and welcoming – along with excellent food and a great selection of local beers on tap. We also enjoyed chatting with some fellow guests who were repeat visitors, which says a lot about the place. Overall, a relaxed and friendly hotel in a fantastic location, and...

"Review of two night stay at Hotel 52, Stanley from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th May 2026 Check-in was online only which required a smartphone and a reliable Wi-Fi signal, there are no reception staff on site during the normal working day. The outer door was automatic so anyone could walk in. After collecting our key from a key safe we went to find our room.
