Breakfast was from 6-10am but not juice machine was gross and toaster didn't toast, only warm up, even on the highest setting, they really need to upgrade and replace it. "We stayed for 1 night, there was a notable smell in the lobby, lobby hallways and elevator. We were situated on the 3rd floor, as we left the smelly elevator we were meet with an equally smelly and hot third floor. Our room upon initial entering was ok, but upon further inspection was really showing its lack of care/cleanliness. Our fridge never worked properly, remote to tv did not work, shower head had the beginnings of mold and our tub/shower drain was not draining properly which led to us...

"06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. "Old rooms and was given a room that wreaked of smoke, got new room that was better but still smelled. Then the tv didn’t work. Staff came back 3 times before setting up a new box. Staff was friendly enough but hotel outdated and smelly."

"This is our 4th and final stay at this property. The hotel itself is fine. It's a clean place to stay. The issue, is the partying at the pool. No issue with a good party, but to be drunk with glass bottles and cursing in front of little kids ruined this place for us. When one of the other guests complained, one of the staff members went out and joined the party."

"The rooms were awesome. They were large and spacey. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Really good price. We had a king suite for $175. Parking was easy. Restaurants and shopping near by. The only thing that disappointed was the free breakfast. Just a micro breakfast. Cracker Barrel is near by. But I will definitely go back."

"Even though I can sympathize with the limited amount of traffic through Clinton AR looking for overnights, this property could be stunning with some hard work. But that would require landscaping, cleaning the place up inside and out, providing the breakfast you advertised (but did not offer), pest control for ALL the sewer flies, fix the pool or fill it in, wash the bed covers or better yet replace, clean the carpets, and deep clean everything top to bottom."
