When wegot to the 3rd floor and opened the door to our room the FIRST thing was saw was multiple roaches on the counter. We didnt even finish walking in the room. We left immediately. The next day I called to speak to a manager and they refused to let me speak to one and told me to “take it up with expedia”…...
