"Overall, my stay has been great. There's a ton of shopping in the building, so it's very convenient. The staff is so nice and helpful. Complimentary drink at the reception is incredible. The room is clean, but one thing, I found a bug on one bath towel and some stains on another towel, so the towel cleanliness may need improvement."
