"We were warmly received by Donatella and her daughter, Francesca. Donatella was very gracious and created marvelous treats for breakfast. Her homemade apple strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Francesca was amazing and helped us coordinate ferry schedules, dinner reservations, and activities. The setting is gorgeous and idyllic. Truly a unique and fabulous stay."

"スタッフに連絡をして鍵を開けてもらわないとチェックインできないスタイル。こまめに到着直前まで時間を伝えて連絡を取っていたのに、到着すると誰もおらずビルも施錠されて入れなかった。 メッセージを送っても連絡がつかず、インターホンを押してもイタリア語しか通じない人物が出て、何も分からず鍵も開けてもらえなかった。 呆れていたらたまたま別の宿泊者らしき人間が鍵を開けたため中に入り5階まで登ったが、やはりイタリア語しか通じないスタッフしか居なくてチェックインに手間取った。 メッセージでやり取りしたスタッフはその日は不在とのことだった。 設備は悪くなくエアコンや冷蔵庫、ケトルが部屋にあり、共用部に電子レンジがあるのも良かった。しかしエアコンは非常に効きが悪く、つけたまで外出して部屋に戻ると部屋中がタバコ臭くなっていた。 翌日に宿泊税6ユーロを支払うように伝えられて、現金で払おうとして10ユーロからしかないと伝えると、お釣りを払えないと言われたため、クレジットカード払いに変更すると7ユーロ取られた。"

"Staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good and rooms clean. The location is very close to a secondary ferry that doesn’t have an extensive schedule as the main ferry’s. It’s about a 20-25 walk into Bellagio or quick ride on ferry . It is a nice stay away from busy Bellagio ."

"Fantastically beautiful property and rooms. The private beach is a unique and very relaxing area. The breakfast is phenomenal and the staff is incredibly kind, helpful and sincere. A ten min walk into town center, with no problem. Bellano is much more relaxed and less touristy than Bellagio and Varenna, so you can really relax and just enjoy Italy’s finest. The staff at the hotel helped me call and make reservations at restaurants. You don’t have to have reservations in Bellano but it helps if...
