"The main areas were dirty, security in the area was nonexistent, the doors were accessible to anyone not staying at the hotel, and the hot tub was in terrible condition."

"We had a great experience at this hotel! Everything was very clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall environment made our stay very comfortable. "Positives : We went during the off season and the hotel was pretty much to ourselves same with the water park and arcade. Which was perfect for us and our 1 year old . The room has a whirpool which was also a plus , very spacious for the little one to wander . The waterpark was definitely run down and paint chipping . Water was cold besides the hot tub. You can tell that at some point this hotel was in its prime but in 2026 definitely needs some work done and lots of maintenance. A lot of the amenities did not work- our tv and remote were not working , laundry was not working , we had to plug the fridge and microwave in ourselves . Overall we did enjoy it mostly because we got all the space to ourselves . "

"Restaurant hours are sporadic and not always available, for that reason we never had breakfast at the restaurant. Restaurant was open for dinner 2 of the 4 nights we were there. We did have dinner Monday night and the dinner was pretty good. "

"Convenient location to restaurants, a shopping mall, and other things to do around the hotel The hotel was clean, the room clean. It’s a larger, hot tub and a nice swimming pool We have stayed there previously and chose to come back this time for our getaway"

"We stayed for a week and had two separate rooms. The first room we had for two days, and upon entering we notice the hvac unit wasn't running, the wall paper was peeling off the walls, there were areas that a leak had been poorly repaired in the ceiling, the bathroom had mold issues, there were only 3 towels for a party of 5, and the backing to the mirror was peeling away. That night the hvac unit sounded like a helicopter and we couldn't sleep with it running. The next day the bathroom made the whole hotel room so muggy we wished we had a window that opened, and no the shower wasn't even more than just warm, the fan wasn't working at all. And the shower curtain was so thin that it didn't stop any water from flooding the floor(and I use a cane). That morning we made a maintenance request. First my husband did it, and the staff was impolite and basically told him to go away. Then I talked to them, mind you I'm hobbling around with a bad knee and a cane, and she wrote some things down in a notebook. Nothing had been fixed before we got back around 10pm that night. The following morning the front desk staff asked if we'd like a new room, so we accepted. This room was not much better, however the hvac did work, but it made our room smell. And the pull out mattress was covered in what appeared to be blood, old blood...which probably didn't help with the smell."
