"If your AC unit stops working in the middle of the night while you are staying with your family and young children, the response you expect from a hotel manager is 'Sorry, we can't help you with this.'
This is deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable management. You are in the hospitality industry, yet you operate with zero hospitality, empathy, or accountability."

"The property was nice, but my problem was when I opened the door, there was a weird smell, but after I turned on the air conditioner, the smell was gone. The second problem was there was no coffee maker, and they didn't even give us any water bottle or anything. The property is good; it just feels old, but room was good."
