The heat is a little tricky bc when you adjust the main heater it only stays for a few hours, but the floorboard heat worked in all the rooms so sleeping was fine. Uncomfortable mattress in king size bed. Could use some safety features-tub slippery, not safe for little kids-plug wires visable, wobbly tables. Outside area needs cleaned up,swing not safe for use.
