"The location is nice with good shopping and easy access to the highway. The room was clean. Breakfast was basic, juice, toast, bread, oranges (only) grits and waffles and yogurt. Laundry faculty was broken, we had to go off site for laundry. Staff was nice, doing their best, but due to interesting guests from the area the hotel was getting worn down, doors that should be locked were not locked. First floor had an interesting smell, not good."

"We booked the best suite in the hotel—a lake-view room. Between the bedroom and the bathroom, the ceiling tiles were damaged. The AC was extremely loud, like a helicopter landing each time it started. The bedsheets and pillows smelled moldy. Thankfully it was just one night, but I won’t stay in Lakeland again. Tampa and Orlando have better options. It’s farther from where I needed to be that day, and I couldn’t sleep all night. The lobby was nice and well maintained. The hotel rooms, however,...

"Very clean room.Wonderful staff. Old fashion vending machines that worked really good. Pool was nice and cozy and the surroundings of the pool was very pristine 💖. The only thing I could say was wrong was a water pressure in the shower. And yes you're close by the road so you have to hear some noise."

"The security cards failed all the time for the outside doors and worked 90 to 95 percent on the rooms. The breakfast was a joke! All they had was granola bars, packaged muffins and coffee. The bathroom door would not shut properly and the air conditioner vents woke us up when the AC shut off."
