"This was our second time celebrating my husband’s birthday and our anniversary at Seven Oaks, and as always, the overall atmosphere was lovely. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room prep this stay. We found trash inside the nightstand, the bathroom bin was full, and the candle by the tub was non-functional. I did attempt to message the staff during our stay to resolve this, but unfortunately, I never received a response. We truly love this property and will definitely be back, but we hope to see a bit more attention to detail and better communication in the future."
