Negative: Closet hanging bar torn from anchors, trash cans filthy and appeared to have mold, door did not dead bolt, appearance of attemps to wipe off black mold on bathroom cealing but still visible, couch and carpet in room with stains, and pool filters and walkway covered in moss/mold."
