"I paid $453 for one night at this hotel, and after seeing the first room they assigned us, I honestly would not have let a stray animal stay there. To begin with, I was told check-in was not until 4:30 p.m. Since we were attending a graduation, I stopped by around 4:00 p.m. to see whether our room might be ready early. Imagine my surprise when I saw a sign clearly stating that check-in time was actually 3:00 p.m. When I questioned the front desk clerk about the discrepancy, she claimed it was...

"This place was FILTHY. As soon as I drove up, I knew I was in trouble, but area hotels were booked up for graduations. The woman at the front desk was very nice, it the hotel clearly had some ongoing work as building arts were stacked in what should average been the dining room. That was my second clue. The room door was challenging to open and oh, the SMELL—some sort of acrid chemical odor. Third and fourth clues. Worn carpets, high I could deal with, but the sink hadn’t even been cleaned....
