"3 Kings hotel is 10 minutes walk from Lucerne station. Staff were welcoming and informative. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was on first floor, decent selection of hot and cold. Few minutes walk from old city and river. If we return to Lucerne would be very happy to stay again"

"Balcony was great, view of lake beautiful. Staff were friendly, However, room could be improved, beds very uncomfortable- husband felt like a spring was jabbing him in back all night. only one chair in room. No place to set your luggage except on the floor. Shower had half an enclosure so water always came out. Small shelf for your toiletries."
