"This resort is spectacular, the grounds are wonderful and well maintained, the rooms are spacious with the great views. Ideally located on Lugano lake and within a 20 minute drive to Menaggio which is a great gateway to Lake Como. We don’t like going to the same location twice…We are already talking about our next trip back to Parco San Marco. If you have kids between the ages of 3-10 don’t miss on this resort. Their staff is the best we’ve ever come across. Could not figure out if it was a hiring process that was exceptional or the management…Or both…But the staff really cares and treats you like family. Special shout out to Claudio di Monopoli (Apuglia), he was single handily the best person in"

"Great hotel if you are looking to stay near the airport. Couldn’t hear any noise from the airport. About 30 minute drive to the molino dorino station if you want a quick train ride into Milan. Dinner was great and pool was great."

"An exceptional hotel. We had a very spacious room with a balcony and an amazing view. The breakfast choices endless and yummy. The hotel is on top of a hill and away from downtown. If arriving by train, you will need to take a taxi (only 13-14 Euros). The hotel has a complimentary van to and from downtown twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon, you just need to have them add you to their list. Gorgeous gardens and hotel grounds are picturesque, with a nice cocktail bar and a very pleasant outdoor restaurant. The dinner menu not too extensive, however some very unique items and everything was delicious. The staff is superb, both at the front desk and in the restaurant - very professional, super respectful and going above and beyond to meet any request. Our son was there for a couple of days with a large group of students. Varese was their final city in a 1-month class abroad. My husband and I arrived separately and stayed at the same hotel. Since our son's birthday was the day after, we ordered some cakes for his whole group from a local baker the last night of the visit. The baker was running so late, we did not know if she would show up at all - and we had a whole bunch of students waiting. It was already a few minutes after the restaurant's closing time, but the assistant manager took my sudden order for 25 desserts and had them served within 10 minutes. Literally saved the evening and my son's friends said the desserts were the best they've had in Italy all month."

"We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with air conditioning which was great with the hot weather we could experience during our stay. We enjoyed our relaxed breakfast with a great buffet selection in an beautiful setting. housekeeping was friendly and made a good job during our stay, always trying to make sure the room is tidy and clean and adjusted to our time schedule. We had a balcony with great view over the pool, lake and mountains. The hotel had an amazing gym for a hotel, which my son and husband enjoyed very much. I think they would have enjoyed a more friendly and passionate staff there, but It was overall a very pleasant stay and we will be definitely be back."

"An amazing view and a brilliant hotel. They gave us two connecting rooms for our family of 4 and it was a lot of room. No air conditioning which meant it was hot but they provided fans. The pizza on site was amazing for dinner that night. The drive up to it can be scary as very sharp turns and a lot of incline. Only thing that I could complain about was the breakfast as there was no options for any of us to eat. The waiter said that there was a delivery problem but it meant no croissants, no anything really apart from some old hard bread and some scrambled eggs. Was very disappointed with that."
