"There were both positives and negatives during our stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel was extremely clean, the staff members were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the secure free parking available in the basement. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. We stayed for three nights and booked four rooms for our family, and every room had the same issue — the AC did not cool properly at all....

"The room is clean. I like how a shuttle can be arranged (5euro per person). However, water is charged in the room which is not an expected situation as the price range of this hotel is not a cheap one. The shower floor is extremely slippery, especially after using hair conditioner. It is dangerous for elders and children as there isn’t any mat or handles. "We stayed for one night before an early flight and found it incredibly convenient. Being connected directly to the airport made returning our rental car and catching our flight the next morning completely stress-free. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, and we slept well despite being at a busy airport. The only minor drawback was that our room was quite a long walk from the lobby, but overall it was an excellent choice for an overnight stay before a flight."

"Les suites à l'extérieur de l'hôtel sont très confortables, il ne manque que 2 chaises et une petite table d'extérieur. Spa exceptionnel. Attention toute fois au prix de la carte des vins qui peuvent être différents à l'entrée du restaurant et sur la carte que l'on vous donne, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de payer 40€ une bouteille de vin qui était marquée à 25€ sur notre carte. Petit-déjeuner complet et très apprécié en terrasse."

"Uns hat es gefallen. Für den Hind war sogar ein Napf schon im Zimmer vorbereitet nebst einem kleinen Körbchen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und man konnte direkt beim hotel mit dem Hund Gassi gehen.das Frühstück war im Marche' nebenan und richtig gut. Tolle Auswahl. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht, können das Hotel aber vor allem für Hundebesitzer empfehlen."
