"The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point."

"Pet friendly, but rooms were dirty, bathroom was dirty and still had hair from previous tenants, tub wouldn't drain, beds had stuff in them. We were here for a couple weeks so we bought a Swiffer and our own sheets. Housekeeping didn't come in once in the two weeks we were there, not to empty trash or refill toilet paper. We rented the room, and that's the max of what you got."

"I will start with the positives. My king bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely quiet and clean. The hotel was by far the least expensive in a road populated with at least 6 (?) other hotels and was extremely convenient to Syracuse University, I-90 and the airport. He also helped us when the key stopped working and he happened to be on our floor, opened the door for us an brought back 2 new keys, that was going above and beyond and the reason I'm writing this review. "I stayed in a renovated unit which I appreciated. Everything was clean and in its own place. My only issue was the roach that came out at night. The property is technically near some woods and they’re renovating the property so the roach could’ve came from a multitude of places. I only saw one so I killed it. "There was hair in the tub, on a folded towel, in the sink, shower walls. Room smelled like cigarettes. But they did give me one extra hour late check out. Would I stay there again. A BIG NO"

"If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a night and you don’t care then this is fine. The rooms are clean enough and the rooms seem like they were cheaply slapped together and furnished.
