"Arrived at hotel. There were a number of people standyoutside. Hotel had a sign in window no rooms available. Made the reservation a while ago. Front desk would not talk to me. My money was taken through hotels.com and no one is answering the phone to get my money back."

The only hiccup we had was our keys would not open up any of the building entrances.our room was quite a distance from the main lobby and we wanted to use a closer door but our key wouldn’t unlock any of them.we switched out our keys a couple of times but to no avail.But everything else was perfectly fine."
