"Beautiful stay with lots to do without ever leaving Heavenly village. The only complaint is the window beds were not very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again."

"Parking was valet only, however, there wasn’t an additional fee for parking. No microwave in the room which was odd. Other than that, the room was spacious and beautiful. Lobby was large had room to relax. The property is located right in the heart of the city, yet was still quiet and safe for families. Would definitely go back!"

"Beautiful resort in a secluded area with the designed facilities that naturally blend in to the environment. There is a chair lift right next to the guest rooms. Shops with cute clothing items are pretty cool too."

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."
