"Amazing resort. Best service in the USA in the last 30 years. Staff is so well trained and so welcoming. Jeannie at concierge is a cut above every other conceriege I've experienced. Giovanni was a remarkable bellman. Pool people and Provisions and snack bar by pool all terrific. Hannah the rooms manager really took care of my wife on her 65th birthday and both of us on our 35th anniversary. Thank you"

"Overall the hotel is ok for what you pay. The room was perfect: large, very clean, quiet, etc; no complaints. However the common areas looked old and with strong smell like someone was smoking (not cigarettes)."

"Great bargain for huge remodeled suite. Excellent breakfast and very helpful, caring staff. I apologize for not remembering the name of the young woman who helped us. We were visiting from out of town for a family medical emergency. We weren’t sure whether we would need to stay an additional night and she held our room as long as she could to give us flexibility. Luckily, we wound up not needing to stay; however, we really appreciate how caring and supportive she was. "

"The room was very spacious and clean and had very comfortable chairs besides a fabulously comfortable bed. The in-room coffee machine was an nespresso machine and it was absolutely fabulous morning coffee! The room was very quiet and overlooked a courtyard which was very pretty. The pool was heated and the hot tub was just right."
